Course Registration Steps
REGISTRATION PROCESS STEPS FOR JSQI TRAINING
NOTE: Students should register at least 4-weeks prior to a course’s start date. Access the JSQI website (noted below) for a listing of course start dates.
- Log on to JSQI website: jimsmithquality.com.
- Select desired course to register for on the homepage under “Shop For”. Click on “More categories” if desired course is not listed on the homepage.
- On the “Shop By” screen click on the desired course button.
- On the following screen click on the “Add to Cart” button.
- On the Shopping Cart pop-up screen click on the “Checkout” button.
- On the “Contact: screen complete all “Contact Information” & “Shipping Address” blocks, then click on the “Continue to Shipping” button.
NOTE: For “Shipping Address” enter the following: - First & Last Name
- Shipping Address: Enter Home Address Only; Do Not Enter Work Address in this field.
- On the “Shipping Method” screen click on the “Free Shipping” button, if not already marked; then click on the “Continue to Payment” button.
- On the “Payment” screen enter necessary payment information. Under the “Billing Address” follow this process:
- Select “Same as shipping address” if the credit card being used has statements mailed to the shipping address previously selected.
- Select “Use a different billing address” if the statements for the credit card being used are mailed to an address different than the previously listed shipping address (e.g., a business address, your supervisors address, etc.). Then complete the information for the different billing address.
- Once completed click on the “Pay Now” button after ensuring all entered information is correct.
- The following “Thank You” screen provides a summary of all previously entered information. No additional actions are necessary. Course registration is now complete. An “Order Confirmation Email” (credit card receipt) is automatically mailed to the registrant.
